AFRICA

Known as the capital of the "Land of the Silver Mist", this picturesque village lies just off the R71 between Pietersburg and Tzaneen in the Nothern Province. An area of dramatic scenic beauty set at the northernmost end of the great Drakensberg mountain range at the top of the spectacular Magoebaskloof. Haenertsburg is an ideal stopover for travellers to the Kruger National Park or Zimbabwe but most importantly, is an outstanding getaway in its own right. The surrounding area is a world of crystal clear mountain air, craggy peaks, tumbling waterfalls, tranquil lakes and magnificent indigenous forests.
