AFRICA

Named after the Zulu description of its sweet-tasting water, Toti, as it's most often referred to, is also where you'll find the Place of Birds, Inyoni Rocks, at the northernmost point of its beautiful bathing beach. Amanzimtoti is one of the most popular destinations on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. There are seven kilometers of beach front where the visitor can enjoy some excellent sea swimming in areas protected by shark nets. This stretch of coast is also a favourite with anglers. Also at Amanzimtoti is the Ilanda Wilds Reserve, well known for its prolific bird life. This resort offers tennis, bowls, other sporting facilities and two 18-hole golf courses.
